I appreciated the hotel's proximity to two convenient stores. This was really useful. the short walk to the train station made getting around simple. i found the staff amazingly friendly. Their kindness greatly enhanced my stay.
The check-in system was quite slow, and i observed many people waiting in the reception area. i also noticed the lack of a secure luggage storage area. The cubbies had non-functional locks, so i stored my belongings at my own risk.

The queen room i stayed in featured superb views of the city and included nice touches. the room was cleaned thoroughly each day. This. it had all basic amenities.

The breakfast area was a mess. there was a shortage of everything. Coffee, juice, bread. it seemed staff did not keep the buffet stocked. also, the parking situation was not clear. i received a fine of 660 nok due to poor information.

the breakfast had a good variety, and i think anyone could find something nice. the location is good to because the light rail and bus stops are close by. it only takes five minutes walking to get to them. the rooms looks exactly like the pictures online, and thats good to see.
the toilet paper in my room was thin. it felt cheap. when i showered, the bathroom got very wet. there wasnt a glass between the shower and toilet, and nothing to wipe the floor. the bed wasnt even ninety centimeters wide, and i seemed like on a fieldbed.

the breakfast was good, a standard nordic breakfast. a supermarket next door was so convenient!!! i could easily buy food for hiking trips. the location is near the tram stop, it takes you to the centre and the airport.
The toilet paper felt thin, only one layer. the bathroom gets very wet after a shower, without a glass separation. i saw some footprints, and the toilet seat wasn't very clean. I used the stairs after that.

The room was a superior double room view. The supermarket next door proved handy for various supplies, it was SO useful. Breakfast offered a good range of options, i appreciated the variety.
The sink in the bathroom was VERY small, it was a slight inconvenience.
